Arrogant staff members should be the first to go.
Zambrini was one arrogant individual to leave which is a good start.
Next should be teacher Kelly Scurich.
She has no humility and has to go next.
Her husband is the complete opposite as a teacher, he is humble and selfless.
These type of adults do not show the students the proper attitude.
You then can throw Becky Heikeinin in there as well.
She spends more time effort and energy on drama instead of her main employment as the HS guidance individual.
If you notice all 3 of these staff members demonstrate the same characteristics of look at what I did Look at what I'm doing look at me.
Dump these type of people or bring their attitudes back down to earth.
Then just then this arrogance demonstrated by these few self centered people will stop turning off the voters.
Arrogance is the number "1" issue voters get turned off by, followed by the lack of no more taxes period.
This additional tax will be a hard sell if the environment is not changed.
The majority of the Canfield teachers and staff are awesome, hard workers and great examples to the kids, but these 3 people have created a culture of arrogance and look at me first attitude.
Now dump Scurich and refocus Dr Heikkinen to her main job of helping all the students not just her favorite teacher's pets

I suppose if these others want to use those soccer fields they should pay as well to use them. Have them pay $50,000 plus help pay to maintain the fields and they can then stake their claim otherwise they should not complain just pay like they do.
Why should one group pay to play while others play for free and then the CSC has to pay for them to use the fields by maintaining them? Who pays for grass cutting? Who pays for lining the fields? Who pays for the goals? Who pays for the Pot-a-Johns? Who pays for the insurance? Who pays for the garbage pick up? Who pays for fertilizing? Who pays for reseeding? Who pays for the aerating?
All these expenses should be paid by those others as well not the CSC.
Fair is Fair. Does CVMS share the football field with other football teams for free other than the little Cardinals? No.
Does McCune BB Park let others play on their fields for free? No.
Why are the soccer kids being singled out? Shame on those who want to play for free. Pay Up then use the fields that will solve all the issues. Period.

With all the shootings and pot growers and murders in Canfield the citizens are not being protected by the keystone cops out there. (Canfield City Police, Mahoning Co. Sheriffs and Ohio State Highway Patrol all within 30 seconds of each other and they all trip all over themselves.
Yet they all stop for minor traffic violations but yet cannot stop the influx of inner city drugs and violance or stealing.
Now what are they going to do?
Stop more people with a burned out tail light?
Canfield cops wouldn't last 5 minutes in Youngstown or Warren with their bad attitudes and tough guy personas.

Some nonessential classes/personnel/administrators are very costly and do not warrant all the expense.
Everyone has to do more with less since 9-11-01. It is a fact of life.
Those who are accountants found it vague with some of the answers that were given by Zambrini.
Why is a Superintendent/Dante Zambrini and a business manager/Rich Archer needed?
Can't Mr Zambrini do more by eliminating Rich Archer?
Then there is Dan Richards/buses.
Why do we need both Richards and Archer?
Can't that job be done by Archer or Richards? One of those jobs has to be cut.
Why are there so many principles at the Middle School and the High School?
Zambrini does not want to sacrifice administrators and do more work.
There should be reduction of administrators as well.
The School Board needs to answer all those questions.
Punishing the parents & students all the while the administrators continues without sacrifice or added work load is not a very wise or prudent approach.
The voters have Spoken Loudly and Clearly.
